The downtown San Francisco museum was recently rebranded to the concept “Imagine Create Share” The old mural in the museum's main stairwell didn’t reflect the new vibe. The process included research on local murals, working and playing in the museum for a day to understand the space's focus, inhabitants, and atmosphere, many iterations and sketches, finalizing the digital files and painting the mural.
